Whenever you meet a customer,  ask him about his requirements  instead of explaining your company and structure.
Listen him carefully and do not interrupt  while he is speaking.
 Note down your questions to him and ask questions after he finishes.
You should frame  questions in such a way,  that you can find out the exact need of the Customer,  his dream and his weakness.
Once you find out all these three,  link your product features with these three points and convert it to customer benefits.
